Enrollment Options

• Ongoing lessons or short-term beginner piano workshops — Enroll as an ongoing piano student, or sign up for one of our short-term beginner piano workshops.
• Lessons in person or online — Take lessons in person, or if you are unable to do so, study live online via videoconference.
• Family discounts available! — However many members of your family enroll, you’ll receive a discount on all tuition fees after one!
• Tailor workshops — Interested in a day or time not scheduled, or in doing a workshop in a different timeframe instead of weekly? Want to do a workshop at Mark’s studio or elsewhere, just for your group, whatever their ages? If you can find others to enroll with, Mark will be happy to tailor an offering just for you!

To enroll:

• For ongoing Simply Music piano lessons or a tailor-scheduled beginner piano workshop:
• Review the studio policies and guidelines for complete details on participation.
• Print and complete the Simply Music Piano Lessons Acknowledgment of Policies and Guidelines.
• Print and complete the Student Enrollment Form.
• On the back of the Student Enrollment Form, write down:
• Whether you would like to start with the full curriculum for ongoing lessons, the Songs & More Workshop, or the Improvisation Workshop.
• Whether you will be taking lessons in person or studying live online via videoconference.
• When you would like to begin. Be as specific or general as you like based on your needs/desires. E.g., the first week of September, mid-October, this Fall, whenever there are appropriate students to group with for a shared lesson.
• All the time ranges on each day of the week that you would be available. Include as many options as possible, and be as specific as possible.
• Anything else that might inform the enrollment process, e.g., preference to group certain students together, issues with younger siblings who you may want to bring along to class, etc.
• Contact us to determine the appropriate amount for your initial tuition/materials payment.
• Deliver the completed Student Enrollment Form and Acknowledgment of Policies and Guidelines along with your initial payment.
• For a pre-scheduled Simply Music beginner piano workshop:
• If the workshop is being given through another institution, as with certain Continuing Education programs, afterschool programs, etc., simply contact the institution to register as appropriate instead of following any of the above or below instructions.
• If the workshop is being given directly through Potluck Creative Arts, follow the instructions noted above, except the only thing you need to write on the back of the Student Enrollment Form is the Offering Code for the workshop you want to participate in.
